1. Who we are

WeldonPC.com is an Ohio-based provider of IT services, an online store for new and quality-tested used technology, and online auctions. In these terms, "we," "us," and "our" mean WeldonPC.com; "you" means the visitor or customer.

2. Acceptance & eligibility

By accessing this site, creating an account, bidding, or purchasing, you agree to these Terms and all referenced policies. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state) and able to form a binding contract.

3. Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel any order for any lawful reason — including suspected fraud, errors in price or availability, or stock limits. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund it in full. A contract forms only when we confirm and ship (or make available for pickup) your order. We typically confirm orders within one business day. If you need to cancel, contact us before your order ships; once it has shipped, it can't be cancelled — see our Return Policy instead.

4. Pricing, availability & errors

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Despite our best efforts, items may occasionally be mispriced or described in error. Where a product's price is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order (even if confirmed) and refund you. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout. Used and open-box items are sold in the condition described in their listing.

5. Payment

We accept payment through our payment processors (such as Stripe and PayPal). By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information you provide is accurate. We do not store your full card number — card data is handled by our PCI-compliant processors. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve a problem is a breach of these Terms; we reserve the right to dispute invalid chargebacks and to suspend ordering for accounts that abuse the chargeback process. 6. Shipping & returns

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns/refunds by our Return & Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms.

7. Auctions

Auction items are sold as-is and final sale. Bids are binding offers; the winning bidder must pay for and complete the purchase within 3 business days of the auction's close. Failure to pay results in cancellation of the sale, possible relisting of the item, and suspension of your bidding privileges. We describe and photograph lots accurately; if an item is materially not as described, contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Auction items are managed separately and do not appear in Google Shopping or other price-comparison feeds.

8. Accounts

If you create an account or customer-portal login, you're responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, scrape or harvest data, submit false information, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

10. Intellectual property

The site's content, branding, logos, and layout are owned by WeldonPC.com or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission, except as needed to use the site normally.

11. Disclaimers

The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." Items are sold in the condition described in their listing. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except for the express condition stated in the listing and any warranty that cannot be disclaimed under applicable law. New items may carry a manufacturer's warranty, which we pass through to you where applicable — that warranty is the manufacturer's, not ours. Used, open-box, and refurbished items are sold as-is per their listing and do not include a manufacturer's warranty unless the listing says otherwise. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeldonPC.com will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including certain consumer-protection rights).

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you use the site or place an order applies to that activity. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
