Return & Refund Policy

1. Fixed-price store purchases
Products purchased at their listed price in our online store are sold on a final-sale basis, except as described in Section 3 (defective / not-as-described items). Because much of our inventory is new-in-box, open-box, or quality-tested used equipment, we price items to reflect their condition and describe each one accurately so you can buy with confidence.
Note: our online auctions are listed and run separately and are not eligible for Google Shopping or other price-comparison feeds; auction wins are final sale (Section 2).
2. Auction purchases
All auction wins are FINAL SALE and sold as-is, as-described. Auctions are not returnable or refundable. We describe and photograph auction lots accurately; if you believe an item was materially different from its listing, contact us within 3 business days of delivery and we will review it in good faith.
3. Defective, DOA, or not-as-described items
If an item arrives defective, dead-on-arrival, damaged in transit, or materially not as described, you are protected:
- Report it within 3 business days of delivery (see Section 6) with your order number and a description/photos of the issue.
- We will, at our option, arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund, after we inspect the item (usually within 5 business days of receipt).
- For these cases, WeldonPC.com covers return shipping and the restocking fee is waived — the issue is on us, not you.
- Approved refunds for defective/not-as-described items are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days of our inspection.
For Store Pickup orders, the 3-business-day reporting window begins on the day you pick up the item. If your item was damaged in transit, see our Shipping Policy as well.
4. Discretionary (non-defective) returns
Apart from the defective / not-as-described cases in Section 3, all sales are final — there is no general right to return a non-defective item. On rare occasions we may, entirely at our discretion and as a one-time courtesy, agree to accept one. We are not obligated to, and we decide case-by-case. If we do agree, these terms apply:
- The item must be in original condition — unused/like-new, with all accessories, cables, manuals, and original packaging.
- The customer pays return shipping, and a 15% restocking fee is deducted from the refund.
- The return must be authorized by us before shipping anything back; unauthorized returns may be refused.
- You are responsible for the return shipment until we receive it — we recommend a tracked, insured method.
5. Items that are never returnable
- Auction wins (final sale — Section 2).
- Items listed or marked "as-is," "for parts," "final sale," or "clearance."
- Opened software, digital products, licenses, and activation keys.
- Special-order or custom-configured items.
- Gift cards and services.
Items that are non-returnable are clearly labeled as such (for example "as-is," "final sale," or "for parts") in their listing.
6. How to start a return or report a problem
Contact us before returning anything so we can issue a Return Authorization:

- Include your order number, the item, and the reason (with photos for damage/defects).
- We'll reply with next steps and, where applicable, a return address and authorization number.
7. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. We inspect returned items within 1–2 business days of receipt; once approved, the refund is processed within 3–5 business days (about 5–7 business days total from when we receive your return). Because standard shipping is free, there is no shipping charge to refund; for discretionary returns the 15% restocking fee (Section 4) is deducted from the product refund. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
