Shipping Policy

1. Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States (including APO/FPO where USPS allows). We do not offer international shipping at this time — if you're outside the U.S., contact us and we'll see what's possible.
2. Shipping cost
Standard shipping is completely free on store orders shipped within the United States — there are no shipping or handling fees. Applicable sales tax is a separate charge, calculated and shown at checkout (it is not part of, and not waived by, free shipping).
3. Carrier & methods
Orders ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) — typically USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, selected based on the item's size and weight. Larger or higher-value items may ship via an equivalent insured service. All shipments remain free to you — higher-value items are simply insured at no extra charge.
4. Handling & delivery time
- Handling time: orders are usually packed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- In transit: once shipped, USPS typically delivers within 2–5 business days (Priority Mail is often faster). Transit times are USPS estimates, not guarantees.
- Total: most U.S. orders arrive within roughly 3–7 business days of purchase.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. Carrier delays during peak periods or severe weather are outside our control.
5. Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can also view order status in your customer portal if you have an account.
6. Local pickup
Prefer to skip shipping? Choose Store Pickup at checkout (enter "Store Pickup" as your address). We'll email you when your order is ready, usually within 1 business day. Pick up at 5829 Turney Road, Garfield Heights, Ohio 44125 during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM ET). Please bring your order confirmation and a photo ID.
7. Correct address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable because of an address error, we'll contact you to arrange re-shipment, and the actual USPS re-shipping cost is the customer's responsibility (we'll let you know the amount before we re-send).
8. Lost or damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows a problem (lost/stuck in transit), contact us within 3 business days of the delivery or expected-delivery date. We'll help resolve it — including filing a USPS claim where applicable and arranging a replacement or refund. Please keep all original packaging for damage claims. (See our Return & Refund Policy.)
