Most software repairs (virus removal, tune-ups) are completed within 24-48 hours. Hardware repairs depend on parts availability—common parts are usually in stock, while specialty parts may take 3-5 business days to arrive.
Yes! All repairs come with a 30-day warranty on labor. Parts carry their manufacturer's warranty, typically 1 year. If the same problem recurs within the warranty period, we'll fix it at no charge.
In many cases, yes. We can recover data from drives with logical failures (deleted files, corrupted file systems). For physical failures, we partner with professional data recovery labs. We'll diagnose the issue and provide an estimate before proceeding.
Tech Support Bundle
The bundle includes unlimited remote support, priority scheduling, 10% off hardware, quarterly security checkups, monthly training sessions, and 20% off in-shop labor. It's designed for households that want predictable tech support costs.
The standard bundle covers all computers in a single household (typically up to 3 devices). Business plans are available for organizations with more computers—contact us for custom pricing.
Website Hosting
Absolutely! We'll handle the entire migration process, including transferring files, databases, and email accounts. We'll coordinate with your current host to minimize downtime.
Yes! We offer website maintenance plans that include content updates, security patches, and software updates. We can also train you to make simple updates yourself using your site's content management system.
